I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and before transitioning into tech, I worked in social services, managing a shelter supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. That experience strengthened my commitment to understanding people with empathy, navigating complex needs, and advocating for better experiences—perspectives that now guide my work in UX.

My passion lies in human behavior, evidence-based design, and creating meaningful, user-centered digital experiences. Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring new places across the globe, discovering great food, or spending time with my dog, Echo.
